Welcome to Our Planter Self Design Department

For online payment, we will send you an email invoice where you can pay through PayPal using a credit or debit card. A PayPal account is not required. Payments by check or money order can be mailed to Stonewood Elite Creations, 160 Souza Road, Tiverton, RI 02878.


All prices listed do not include delivery fees. Shipping is listed next to each item below.

Where you create the planters that will enhance any room!

On this page you can place a custom order for a one-of-a-kind handcrafted Stonewood Elite Creations planter.

And it's really easy!

1. Choose Payment Method:
a. Credit or Debit Card - Upon review of your custom order we will email you a PayPal invoice where you can process your payment online. (A PayPal account is not required for credit card payment.) After receiving your order we will send you a follow up email containing a PayPal invoice so that you pay by credit or debit card online. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
b. Check or Money Order - Once you have filled out the form send it to Stonewood Elite Creations, 160 Souza Road, Tiverton, RI 02878 with your check. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Or, click here for the printable mail-in payment form.

You can choose to have a single stone type or a combination of two different stone tiles.
   
4. Choose the Wood Edge

There are 4 edges to choose from for a planter that suits any decor.
   
5. Choose the Stain

This will be the finishing touch that brings all the elements together.

Shipping Policy & Fees:

All items are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping varies and is listed next to the item selection below.

Shipping for all other destinations will be quoted upon request.

One-year warranty on defects from date of delivery.

Choose from 6 planter designs.

In the diagrams below S1 and S2 represent the stone tiles, as well as label the position for each stone type in the design. W is the symbol for wood in each design.

Depending on the design, you can choose a planter with a single stone type, or select 2 different stones. (Just choose the same stone type for both the S1 and S2 tiles for a planter with only one type stone.) Simply activate the button for your favorite design!

3. Choose the Stone

You can choose to have a single stone type or a combination of two different stone tiles.

Referring to your favorite planter design diagram above, S1 and S2 represent the stone tiles and as well as label the position for each stone type in the design.
You can choose a planter with a single stone type (just choose the same stone type for both the S1 and S2 tiles).

For the Solid or "T" Design please choose only one tile.
